Cocktails at Epic, Shanghai-11/4/2023

Launched in 2014, Epic is a three-story cocktail lounge located in Shanghai’s old French Concession (5 minutes walk from our apartment).  Epic offers creative and innovative cocktails paired with great music in an upbeat and lively setting. The venue is founded by Cross Yu, who travelled extensively while learning the craft of bartending before returning to Shanghai to launch a bar with international flavor, but one that is rooted in an authentic Chinese spirit.

Epic was listed in the The World's  50 best bars in 2021 and they were the first mainland Chinese bar to win the Campari One To Watch Award.

We had a table across from the bar on the 2nd floor.

The bar has a really vibe and it is really fun to be here.

We wanted Kevin and Kristie to come here to experience one of the nice bar in Shanghai.

Hoa always ordered the Old fashion, I got a special passion fruit and Rum.

The cocktails are so pretty!

I can't remember the name of the cocktails but Kevin and Kristie liked what they ordered.

Hoa really enjoyed their Old Fashion.

Hoa and Kevin ordered a secong round of cocktails.  Hoa got a Manhattan and I am not sure what Kevin ordered but both were really tasty.
