Celebration 2007 at the Ngo's -1/13/07

Dessert

After a wonderful meal the next logical course is dessert with coffee and Tea.

Tonight I am the Pastry Sous-Chef, hoping to compliment Tuan's Masterpiece Dinner.

We have Tarte Tatin with Caramelized banana, Hazelnut crust filled with chocolate mousse, Clafoutis aux cerises, individual Almond cakes with Raspberries sauce, Coco au Miel, Vietnamese Thach, and Tuyen Anh brought an assortment of miniature pastries. 

 

Clafoutis aux Cerises, this has like a bake flan.

Coco au Miel (similar to coconut cake), individual Almond cakes, and Thach.

Hanh set up the desserts on a separate table and all the ladies got up and took over the Dessert table!

 

Tuan Vu said something funny and we all had a good laugh! 

What a wonderful evening!  Excellent food, fantastic wine, and great company!

Is there any splendor thing we missed? 

 

Well maybe one more thing...

Guys!... you should know the answer to this!
