Dinner time...

While everyone is warm and cozy inside, Master Chef Phuc, renowned for his famous steaks, is preparing to grill the meat on the BBQ. According to the chef, he had to make love to his meat by massaging and rubbing it with a special sauce, then he let the meat rest at room temperature for at least 2 to 3 hours before it is ready to be grilled.   The result is the best filet mignon ever, it just melt in your mouth.

Looks like everyone is having such a good time... lots of laughter that night!

We joked about crashing Jason's wedding and throwing a 20 years reunion bachelor party.   The men were so excited until we told them that in order to have another bachelor party, they had to hire the same stripper from 20 years ago... We were speculating that her license to strip was probably revoke by now!  She is probably barred from stripping due to gravity.  

Don't think the guys were too amused by the idea!  The ladies, on the other hand, had such a good laugh.

The entree is served...Spicy garlic Shrimps specially prepared by Huyen.

 

Too bad we do not have picture of the succulent steaks!
