The Guests/Food

The kids are so grown up now..

Justin, Vu, Kevin, Nicky, Rachel, Mai-Chi, Ludo, Tiffany, Lea, Khang, and Khoi - (missing on this picture are the twins- they arrived later).

Tuan is ready to carve the Turkey and Hanh is helping me cut the roasted leg of lamb into slices.

The side dish buffet table is now ready!

We have a green salad prepared by Maily, mashed potatoes, sweet corn, green beans sautéed in butter and garlic, hash brown, and sticky rice and Chinese sausage prepared by Hanh/Huy.

The roasted squad was prepared by Hanh and it was excellent and so pretty to look at with a swirl of cream on top of the soup.

Thuy thought that her plate was so pretty so she asked Hoa to take a picture...

Note:  We had a lot more pictures but somehow when I was ready to post my pictures I realized that they have disappeared from my memory stick.  Duy gracefully offered to recover them but at least 30% of them were not recoverable!
