Carving the turkey
The turkey is well rested and it is now time to carve it. This year I bought a 20 pounds turkey.

Tuan is our designated turkey carver. Time to clean his hands and then he will carve the turkey.

Take a good look at the roasted turkey 'cause Tuan is going to take it apart.
Separating the dark meat from the white meat.

We gathered around to see Tuan at work.
While Tuan is carving the turkey, Hoa and Minh are outside grilling the lamb kabobs. Ha also brought a plate grilled Ham with brown sugar.

While Tuan is carving the turkey and Hoa/Minh are grilling the lamb Kabob, I am bringing out all the side dishes to the buffet table.
