Heaven's Kitchen does not offer a dessert course and that's fine with Maily and I because between the both of us we baked and brought a bunch of desserts for the evening.

Mango tart, Apple crumb, upside down pineapple, Charlotte, and mousse au chocolat.

Here Chef John in helping me caramelizing the top of my Mango Tart.  His blow torch is a lot more powerful than mine.

Here we are gathering in the kitchen for desserts and coffee.

We were so glad that Dung hire Chef John for the evening. He was very professional, his food came out nicely arranged and everything tasted great.  We all enjoyed the 4 course he served.   It is really nice once in a while to just kick back and enjoy dinner from the beginning to the end of a meal without having to lift a finger.  I can definitely get use to this life style!  :-)  Chef John is a keeper!
