Home made Vietnamese green coconut waffles.

They were so popular that I could not make them fast enough.

 

Fresh ripen mango with sticky rice in a coconut sauce.

 

 

My friend Hanh brought a bunch of Banh gia lon ((literally "pig skin cake" in Vietnamese)

This is a Vietnamese steamed layer cake made from tapioca starch, rice flour, mashed taro, and sugar.

Co Dung made a large bowl of che Chuoi (Sweet Banana, tapioca, coconut milk soup).
