Hot Pot and Beijing at Night-10/29/2023

Hot Pot is very popular in Beijing so we asked David, our tour guide to take us to an upscale hot pot restaurant. 

Cui Hua Lou is located in a shopping center and David escorted us inside the restaurant.

The restaurant is on the left and there is no way we would find it without David.

Since we don't really know what to order David asked what we like and he ordered two types of broth, a spicy and non spicy one.

Service was really top notched.  Our server cooked for us during the whole meal and he also showed us what sauce to use for each type of meat.

Starting with seafood, noodles, and lot of vegetables.

Both broth was really flavorful and delicious.  There are also so many sauces and condiments.

So much food but we managed to eat most of everything. 

By the time we left the restaurant, it was dark and all the neon lights and streets lights are on.

The shopping center that the restaurant was located is very popular with a lot of bright lights.
