Dinner at Pescadou
To celebrate Kevin's graduation I made dinner reservation at Pescadou, a French restaurant in Newport beach.

Main Dishes

I ordered the Magret duck breast, green peppercorn, haricots vert.

Lan Huong ordered the Braised Rabbit, Dijon mustard, sautéed zucchini

Vinh ordered the special of the day: pan seared sea bass with haricot vert and couscous

Hoa ordered the Steak frites, beef hanger, red wine, shallots, fries

Tina ordered a vegetable platter with haricot vert, ratatouille nicoise, Brussels sprout and mashed potatoes.

Kevin ordered the Lamb mix, chops and sausage, ratatouille

Terri ordered the Mussels, Prince Edward Island:-Provence, garlic, herbs, tomato, Pernod

Kristie ordered the Salmon, balsamic butter sauce, pomegranate, spinach

Thuy got the Bouillabaisse, monk, rock fish, shrimp, mussels, Stew

We ordered a couple of desserts but I did not take a picture of the peach tart and peach crumble.
