The appetizers
Most of the guests are here so let's start with the appetizers.
Carol brought the caviar and Hanh prepared the chopped eggs, red onion, crème fraîche, lemon and crackers.

Muy also make a pot of Mulled Wine. I never had Mulled wine before and it like it. Mulled wine is simmered red wine combined with spices and typically served warm. It is a traditional drink during winter, especially around Christmas and Halloween. |

Technically they young adults but to us they will always be our kids.
Most of them are going to college and Thanksgiving is the first occasion for them to go home! It's been a while since they have seen each other so I think they were all so excited to be here.
