Carving the turkey/Thanksgiving dinner

Tuan was in charge of cooking the Turkey!  The turkey was brined overnight and the meat was so juicy and so delicious.

I did not not asked how heavy was this Turkey but I am sure it is over 20 pounds.

What a nice looking roasted Turkey!

Tuan starting to carve the Turkey while Loan is looking over....

Tuan at work..

Separating the white meat from the dark meat.  I personally prefer dark meat while the kids rather go with the white meat.

Muy brought the salad and I made the vinaigrette.

Ha was in charge of the vegetable dishes.  Here is the roasted corn sautéed in butter

Maily heating up her Brussels sprout with crispy pancetta

Closer look at the Brussels sprout with pancetta.

Here I am preparing the glaze for the ham.

The ham coming out of the oven.

Tiffany and Vu brought the Ham

The Ham once it is platted.

I also made a roasted leg of lamb with herb.

Stovetop stuffing!  This is actually pretty good and so easy to make.!

Home made cranberry sauce by Hanh

Sautéed mushroom by Ha

Hanh made a plate mashed potatoes.  Hanh also brought a plate of sweet potatoes but I do not have a picture of it.

Dinner is served

All the food are now on the table so it is time for dinner.

The kids get to go first since they have a better appetite than the adults.

Waiting for the turkey!

By the time we are done with our meal there were barely any leftovers!  The kids really filled up their plate.
