BBQ featuring International dishes, 06/26/2021
All the dishes are prepared ahead of time and put together at the last minute. I don't have any pictures of the platting of the first few dishes so we will start with the 2nd dishes.

While we are inside eating, Martin, our helper is grilling some squid for the next dish.
I am making the sauce for the Uni Pasta.

This is my first time cooking the Pork and I was not sure how to cut it so I asked Phu to help.
While Phu is slicing the meat, I am arranging the sauce, the sauteed mushrooms on a wooden tray.
Each wooden tray is for 4 people.

Here I am adding the French Fries that Mialy just finishes.
This is the final presentation for each tray.
The next course is a BBQ lamb riblets. Loan and clearing all the the vegetables from the tray to 4 plates.
Dinner is over and we are moving to dessert
Loan cutting the chom chom so it is easier to eat.
Maily is taking the Panna cotta from the fridge and will spoon over the mango on top.
