Here is a quick glimpse and how the dishes are platted and brought out to the table.

I am platting the first course with the help of Diego.

So happy that Diego was able to help me out tonight.  It would be really hard without his help.

 

The blinis are done and now I am spooning the sauce over the egg custard that freshly out of the oven.

 

Putting on the last touch before it is served.

 

Here I am putting together all the components in the plate.

 

There are so many components in this dish so it does take a bit of time.

 

Putting some water melon on each plate...

 

Pouring the Passion fruit agua chile on each plate and I am done.

 

Next, I am platting the Duck and Annie is helping me with whipping out each plate so it looks clean.

That's all the pictures I have as Hoa is busy entertaining our guests...
