Now the kids are fed it is our turn to sit down and enjoy our dinner.

Truffle soup served with foam on top! This soup is incredible flavorful! Everyone seems to really like it. |
Spicy Crab cakes - I also served fried soft shell crab but Hoa forgot to take a picture. |

Duck breast wrapped in Bacon and stuffed with roasted apples and chestnut on a bed of mashed celery root and apple sauce reduction. |
