View from the restaurant at night!

When it is getting dark outside, the glittering lights of the Las Vegas Strip appear even more dramatic looking from the dining room’s intimate lighting, and guests are treated to spectacular views of the glorious Bellagio water fountain show.

Here you see the fountains at the Bellagio from the 11th floor dancing to music and roaring up in the air...It was a very nice spectacle.

Metal framework from the Eiffel Tower dramatically breaks through the restaurant walls and creates a modernized art deco style.

Tour of the Kitchen...

It is pretty amazing to see how all the cooks working together for all the food to come out smoothly.

Every dish is inspected by the executive (the lady at the end of the picture) before a server can take it to the guests' table.

It is pretty rare to see a lady running a professional kitchen.

It is interesting to know that about 4 or 5 years ago I tried to make reservation here at the Eiffel tower but I was turned down because Hoa did not bring a Jacket.  How time has changed after the economy downturn the restaurant has seen their high end clienteles dwindle down.  They do not turn down reservation any longer... on the contrary they are even welcoming people who just to sit at a bar for a drink and maybe some appetizers. They also changed their policy to business casual instead of formal to attract more people.  These days nobody wants to go to a formal dinner any longer!  First of all it is too boring, too stiff, too long, and simply too darn expensive!  So in order to get more patrons the restaurant has to adapt and they did!  The night we were there the restaurant was full and it was running really smoothly.  We got an excellent service, very good food, even though it was on the expensive side, it was worth it!  The view alone is to die for and the food did not deceive us... so we will be back again with friends.
