Desserts and the Birthday Cake

I made a variety of desserts for the event!  A chocolate mousse, mixed fruits tart, Apple tart, almond cake with fresh raspberries, a blueberry crumb cake and a large batch of Crêpes and soufflé au grand Marnier and orange zest.

Mousse with orange zest and Grand Marnier.  This is a really good mousse!  It has a hint of orange flavor coming from the orange zest and the Grand marnier.

Blueberry crumb cake is so moist and so good with a cup of coffee.  We had too many desserts and so I took a piece of the blueberry crumb cake and ate it for breakfast!  It was so delicious.  Too bad I only took one piece because I could have another piece!

The Crêpes soufflé were a hit!  I can only bake 6 Crêpes at the time and it they disappeared right away!

The Crêpe came out of the oven all puffed up and so gorgeous that nobody could resist them.
