The buffet is ready!

We have a mixed salad, mashed potatoes, Green beans casserole, roasted yam, sweet potatoes, and purple potatoes,  assorted sautéed mushrooms, sautéed corn, stuffing, and at the end is a pan seared eggplant (this is the only Asian dish).

Meat station

The protein station: Roasted Turkey and roasted leg of lamb.  In the middle is a homemade cranberry sauce and turkey gravy.

We start with the Meat station first and then getting the side dishes afterward.

This is actually fun to get the food.  As much or as little as your heart content.

Kevin and Kristie have not been home for Thanksgiving in a long and we are so happy to have them this year.
