Co-Host party with Huyen and Phuc -1/22/11
The invitation is for 6:30Pm but since I am co-hosting the party we came to Phuc/Huyen's house early to help out with the table decoration and to start prepping for the food.

Phuc in the kitchen preparing his langoustine thermidore while Hoa is watching the chef at work!
Here you can see how long the table is to fit 25 people.

Cutting the cheese to fit on top of each little individual casserole!

Here Phuc is using a cup to make a mold to cut the cheese! That is pretty ingenious!
Close look at each casserole. Here the top of each casserole is covered with the cheese that Phuc was cutting!

For appetizer Phuc will be serving 20 pounds of coffee marinated wagyu beef (Culotte cut). Each tray is about 10 pound!

Here I am preparing my first amuse bouche... I know this is a real production! 25 plates for each dish! Good thing I have two helpers to assist me with serving the food!
