The guests
I don't want to serve a lot of appetizers so that everyone can enjoy their meal. I decided to serve only 1 appetizer so that all the guests can have something in their stomach with the wine.

Home made Blini. This is the 1st time I made them and I really enjoy them. This recipe is a keeper! |

We managed to drink 6 or 7 bottles of wines for the evening.
