Lunch was followed by meetings at the office and then it was Dinner time in a high end restaurant.

Hoa was told that this is an upscale restaurant that specialized in gourmet Chinese food.  Of course a private room was reserved for this event.

Assorted marinated vegetable in spicy sauce.

Roasted Chicken.

Sautéed clams in spicy sauce.

Luzhou Laojiao 1573 is a "white wine" liquor. Laojiao, meaning ‘old cellar’, refers to the old clay cellars that are still used today in the fermentation of the daqu ‘grain mash’ and greatly influences the final taste of the wine. Luzhou’s ‘laojiao daqu’ is considered one of the finest in all of China.

Calamari

Razor clams

Tofu with sea urchin (super rich and super flavorful).

Steamed fish or what's left of it.

Too much food was ordered and it looks like everybody was full at this point with lots of leftovers on the table.

After a few drinks looks like Hoa is having an excellent time Check out his face!

Having a nice buzz?

Anita and two local managers.

After dinner the PR guy decided to entertain the group by dancing Gang Nam Style.

His comments was that entertaining this group is pretty tame compare to a team of Japanese .  Apparently when the Japanese guests are in town, the booze flow freely and by the time the evening is over, they are all drunk, passed out, or are barely standing on their feet!
