Preparation work..
Ingredients
For the vinaigrette 4 ripe strawberries, chopped oil 1 tablespoon of honey salt, pepper lemon juice |
For the Salad: a bunch of fresh spinach honey roasted cashew roasted chicken (store bought) 3 to 4 strawberries slice thinly
|
slice the strawberries thinly and set aside to use in the salad. Chop roughly 4 other strawberries to make the vinaigrette |
Put the chopped strawberries in a bowl and use a hand held blender to mash them. |
Pour the mashed strawberries in strainer and press down to get the all the juice. Throw away the remaining pulp inside the strainer. |
Next, add oil, salt, pepper, honey, and lemon juice and taste accordingly. |
This is how the vinaigrette looks when it is done. |
I went to the store and bought a roasted chicken because it is convenient and it is pretty good. |
Kevin and I hoa do not like the breasts so that's why when I buy roasted chicken I always have to find a way to use it, if not they will not eat it.
All the preparation is done, all you need to do is plate the salad.
