Sticky Toffee Pudding revisited-11/14/09

Sticky pudding is an addictive dessert because the cake is moist, flavored with sweet dates, and the sauce is served warmed against a contrast of cold whipped cream or ice cream.  This dessert is decadent and once you taste it you will also want more....  Sticky Toffee Pudding is a traditional British dessert and I never had it until I came to the U.S. and once I tried it, I was hooked.

In this version of sticky pudding I am enclosing the recipe and I am also showing you how to make the sauce.
