Angel food cake with diplomat mousse
Tonight we are invited to dinner at the Lang's! I have so many things to do and I just do not have a lot of time to bake so I decided to buy some individual angel food cake and filled them with some diplomat mousse and then garnish the whole thing with fresh strawberries and voila dessert is served!.
I made the diplomat mousse before and I like the taste of it so I decided it to make it again...

Slicing the strawberries into thin slices. |
Filling the Diplomat mousse on the half bottom of the Angel food cake. |

Next strawberries are spread on top of the mousse.

The other half of the Angel food cake are stack back on top, another layer of mousse is piped on top and a few sliced of strawberries are inserted in the mousse. |
