Persimmons tart- 12/7/08
A few of friends gave me a lot of Persimmons and I am trying to eat a few everyday but I just have too many...
So what do I do when I have too many fruits? Well, I try to come up with a way to use them so they do not go to waste!
Because the Persimmons are perfectly ripe, so sweet and so tasty I decided to use them to top the ever traditional almond tart.
The color of the persimmons are so gorgeous and they go very well with the almond tart.

I used pâte sucrčefor the dough |
