I am trying to create a center piece with Strawberries dipped in chocolate.

Strawberries dipped in Chocolate- 9/29/07
We are invited to Rachel's 16th birthday tonight. Rachel loves strawberries dipped in Chocolate and that's what I am going to make for her. Beside this I will also make a berry cake, an Apple tart and a strawberries tart.

Preparation work..

A whole carton of Strawberries to make dessert. |
Here I am melting the chocolate with some butter and a some heavy cream. |

The chocolate is melted and ready to be dipped. Today I am doing a different presentation trying to create a center piece. |

Once it is dipped I put the strawberries on a stick like a lollipop. |
A few leaves are added to create a nice contrast in color |
