Day 2 - Welcome dinner, The food

Before getting the food, Dung gave a welcome speech!

Then Sammy, the trip coordinator gave the signal for the kids to get in line and get the food. |

The hotel did a really nice job with the food and they also did a wonderful job at displaying the food.

Braised short ribs with pearl onions. The short ribs were tasty and the meat was falling off the bone... YUM! |

Gradually, the sun is setting in the horizon and I really enjoy watching it. It is not very often we get to watch the sun set while eating dinner.
