Day 2- Dinner at La fleur de sel, Dinan-9/27/2023
La Fleur de Sel has been continuously listed in the Michelin guide recommendation since 2018 and is located in the historic center of Dinan.
The three courses on the menu range from 30 to 45 euros which is an absolute steal.
We passed by this restaurant during the day and we decided to come back for dinner.

The interior of the restaurant is small but it is cozy and charming.

Pate de campagne with toasted bread.
The pate is made in house and it is really delicious.
Oysters from the bay of Fresnaye
Oysters and mignonette sauce.
These oysters come from Fresnaye bay and they are very tasty.
Dry aged Rib eye with roasted baby potatoes with rosemary, onion butter and wild herbs.
A copious portion. The beef was tender and juicy.
Dry aged beef tenderloin, roasted baby potatoes with rosemary, onion butter and wild herbs.
Really good piece of meat, tender and tasty.
Cod was the catch of the day and it was served with a roasted pumpkin, butter squash puree, and curry foam.
The fish was cooked so perfectly and all everything on this place was so yummy.
Cauliflower Couscous with beef roulade and vegetables.
What as beautiful presentation!
The desserts at Fleur de Sel are not to be missed. They are really beautiful and so delectable.
Gateau Breton, praline mouse, strawberry candies.

Almost like a work of art, that we are almost afraid to break and eat it.

We all enjoyed our meal at La Fleur de sel.
