Day  11-New Year's eve Dinner at Khue -12/31/2023

Tonight we are celebration New Year's eve at Khue restaurant located on the 12th floor of Le Jardin Hotel.

The restaurant is really beautiful in a classic Indochina style.

Amuse bouche: Beer bread with cinnamon butter

House cured salmon, beet root, on watermelon

Beautiful presentation!  The watermelon was so sweet and tasty and went so well with the cured salmon.

Asparagus soup with pistachio crumble and sous vide egg yol, and Parma Ham

Very tasty, rich, and beautiful to look at.

Pan seared cod Fish with Massaman sauce, sun dried tomato, rice paddy herb puree

The cod was cooked well, and the curry did not overwhelmed the fish.  Overall, a very tasty dish.

Palate cleanser: mulled wine sorbet, roasted apple puree

Pretty fancy to get a palate cleanser between dishes.

Black Angus MB3+ (from Australia), garlic puree, Brocolini, and mushroom Duxelles.

I like my meat on the rare side so this is exactly what I asked for.  The meat was so flavorful and I enjoyed every bite of it.

Sweet risotto, Mango ice cream, Limoncello Jelly

This is more like an Asian dessert but I really like it.

After Dinner we went to Bar Dinh rooftop located on the 12th floor of Le Jardin Hotel with a great view of the city.

Blue Twinkling lights all over the ceiling of the bar.

There is also an open platform on the roof.

The view of the city is awesome from the bar.

There are so many laser lights illuminating the sky.
