Day 8-Dinner at Ramiro-5/18/2022

The last time we ate at Ramiro was in 2016 with our friends and the Seafood here is amazing so we are coming back this time to celebrate Hoa's Birthday.

Ramiro is very well known and very popular seafood restaurant.  They do not take reservation so you just have to wait for your turn.

    

Line in front of Ramiro.  We checked in and they told us the wait will be around 1 hour.

   

In 2016 Ramiro did not have a bar in front of the restaurant.  This portion was just added since the last time we were here.

 

The bar area so that people can have a drink and wait to be seated. 

 

The patio area was also added since last time and still there are so many people waiting in line.

 

They called our number and told us that our table will be upstairs.

 

One of few dinning room on the 2nd floor.  Our table is against the wall and this is the view from our table.

 

Dose Pao ( toasted bread with olive oil) is delicious and this is a must order

All the food came out at once and our table is very small, barely able to hold all the dishes.

 

Starting with 6 oysters.

 

 

Steamed clams with garlic, parsley and olive oil.

So much meat and the meat has a very good texture.  They also served the row separately.

 

A bit messy to eat but it is also fun..

 

Grilled giant tiger prawns.

 

OMG, so sweet and so delicious!

 

This is the first time we ordered Barnacles.

 

They have a sweet taste which resembles a blend of clam and Lobster.

  

We told our waiter that today is Hoa's Birthday and he brought out 2 extra beers on the house.

 

 

Very friendly guy and he did a very good job at taking care of us.
